Terms of use

Last updated: 1 August 2026

About these terms

These terms govern your use of axionvolt.com, operated by AxionVolt Charging Systems, Inc. They do not govern any installation contract between us — that is a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

Pricing on this site is an estimate

Prices and ranges published here reflect typical projects and are not offers. Your actual price depends on your electrical service, conduit route, permit fees and site conditions. A binding price is issued only in a written quote following a site survey. Once we issue that quote we hold it, absent a change in scope.

Incentive information

We publish rebate and incentive information in good faith and update it when programmes change. Incentive programmes are administered by third parties, are frequently oversubscribed, and can close without notice. Nothing here is a guarantee that you will receive funding, and we recommend building any project budget so that it works without the incentive.

Nothing on this site is tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional before relying on any credit or deduction.

Technical content

Guidance about electrical panels, load management, permitting and charger selection is general information for the Bay Area and is not a substitute for a site-specific assessment by a licensed electrician. Electrical work carries genuine risk of fire and electrocution — do not use this site as instructions for performing your own 240-volt work.

Intellectual property

Site content, illustrations and the AxionVolt name and logo are our property. You may quote or link to this material with attribution; wholesale reproduction requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by California law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website itself. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed installation contract, our workmanship warranty, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Alameda County.
